In the second half of 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. The siblings of her played various sports, such as skating and hockey. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was 2008, however she began competing in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. She held on to an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha's first professional show included that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. The 4th position was her top finish. The "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
